What is the company that helps you with the script formula?
I tired to search but cannot find it! One of our teachers need it! Thanks ladies!!!

I believe you are asking about Apria
Apria Healthcare (1-877-536-8372). They will ask for her insurance info and will contact her insurance directly in order to determine whether or not her insurance covers it. She should know within 48 hours. If her plan does cover it, her doctor needs to send a letter of medical necessity and a prescription. I used to get a supply delivered every month for free.
I called my insurance first and they said they didn't cover it, but I guess Apria knows the right people to talk to and found out it is covered 100%.
