What is the Couch to 5k??? I want to learn more
I have seen a few posts in the past abotu this.
Is it a program or book? I am 4 months PP and need to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight. I just joined WW and trying to do Spin and running several times a week. I saw some people bought an application from the Iphone...but I have a blackberry....can I get it on this phone.?
I would love to get back into running and eventually run a 5k.

Its a program that conditions you to run with interval training
I believe there are BB apps for it. I have a BB too but am using DH's itouch bc I can set up a playlist on it.

I don't have an Iphone or a blackberry so I just downloaded a podcast for my Ipod. I'm doing the NHS one.
I just finished week 2. It's hard but I'm so glad I'm doing it.

I did couch to 5k for my second 5k. It dramatically improved my time. Who knew training would do that? 
The biggest thing to remember is that when the program says run, it doesn't mean run as fast as you can. It means run at a comfortable pace.

Great, we can help each other out!! I need a buddy to push me!!!
I started weight watchers on Monday but plan for my weigh-in's to normally be on fridays ( right before I cheat on the weekends)
I am going to download couch to 5 k this weekend for my ipod to follow along with.
