What is the difference between a month and a cycle?
You guys use all this terminology that I don't understand!

I look at it as roughly the same thing. Since a cycle lasts an average of 28 days, it's kind of almost as long as a month. So when AF shows up, and someone says "on to next month," they mean on to their next cycle.

Right. My cycle is long though and is typically 32 days, but has been as long as 40 days. So, right now I am in my 4th month of trying, but it's actually only been 3 cycles.
