What is the easiest way for me to get my mom UGGs for Hanukkah?
She is coming to MD the first night of Hanukkah for DH's graduation, so I wanted to give my parents their gifts then. She wants UGGS, and I think she is either 9 or 9.5. So what size would that be? 8 or 9? She also has orthopedic problems so needs a good support. So maybe err on the side of smaller?
Also, should I order from Zappos and have her try them on? If she doesn't like them I can return them?
Should I buy 8 AND 9 and return the one she doens't keep? Or an UGG austrailia gift card?
Thoughts?

I would get her a 9... if she's a 9.5 they should be OK. I would also, if she needs the support get her the Ultimate version...
See, the sole is a bit sturdier than the regular Ugg Ultra.
I would definitely order from Zappos! Free overnight shipping and free returns.. you can't beat that!

I have these and this is exactly what I was going to get her. Either this color or black. I'll pry and see if I can find out the color she likes when I'm home for Thanksgiving  If she is a 9, then you think 9 is okay? The only thing is I think she has one foot bigger than the other, so I'm going to have to make sure I know her size for both feet. If they are 9 and 9.5 then I'm fine. But if they are 8.5 and 9, that might be bad, right?

I think the general consensus is that Uggs run big. I'm a 7.5 and my Uggs are an 8, they are very roomy. If she does have two different size feet, than I would opt for getting the smaller size Ugg (ie... if she's a 9 and a 9.5, get the 9).

im and 8/8.5 and my uggs are a 7 but i have the classic ones.. i dont know how these run!

I'd do Zappos. Its much more fun to have a box to open and easy to do an exchange if the size isn't right!
(Note, Zappos is on ebates, so start there to get 5% back on your purchase.)

If she is a 9 or a 9.5 do not get her a 9. They're going to be way too big. You should be safe getting her an 8, it'll fit her perfect.

I'm a 9, and my uggs are an 8 and they fit perfectly. However...if my foot was a 9.5, these would be too small!
