What is the ingredient called

that you are suppose to look for in whole wheat products? Is it whole wheat flour?

Are you trying to make sure the food product is 100% whole wheat?

If so, it's more making sure certain things aren't there...

First, the product should state 100% whole wheat or 100% whole grain.

Check the label to make sure that "enriched" flour or "white flour" are not there.

Yes I am. I see as the first ingredient "whole wheat flour" Is this ok?

if it's listed as the first ingredient, that means that first listed ingredient is what makes up the highest percentage of the total product. if there is nothing else following it, than that's all that's in it. if there is other things after it, it means there are other ingredients in there, but in a lesser percentage of the first one.
