I still have never made it, but it looked amazing on her show. Once baby comes I will be making it in our new home!
Oprah's "Legends Lemon Drop Martini"
Ingredients
The juice of 6 lemons
4 Tbsp. sugar
6 fresh mint leaves
4 shots of vodka
Ice in shaker
A sugar-rimmed martini glass
Preparation
Mix lemon juice, sugar and vodka in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with mint.

When I worked at a restaurant, we would make our cosmos like this.
on ice:
Citron Vodka (I did counts so like a 2 count)
Splash of triple sec
sour mix
splash of cranberry juice
a sweet cosmo, but we got tons of compliments on it.

It's not really a recipe, but I love Smirnoff Twist Lime flavored vodka with cranberry juice. Tastes just like a cosmo.
