I love to make this:
Squeeze the juice from fresh oranges (about 8-10)
Maple syrup--about 8 oz
Garlic-- 6 crushed fresh cloves
I soak some pieces of orange in the mixture and stuff them under the fat or stuff them into little slits I make in the ham too.
So yummy!!

what is your favorite ham glaze recipe?
I just made a spiral ham this past weekend. I mixed what came with it, with OJ and brown sugar... came out AMAZING.
