I have Norton Antivirus installed onto my computer and yes I pay for it....not exactly sure how much. They have three different price plans that you can choose from, right off of their website...I believe it is nortonantivirus.com or just do a general search on Norton Antivirus and you will find it. Macafee is also good...always hear good things about this as well.

I have Norton, 2007. My advice to you is, no matter HOW good your anti-virus program is, BACK UP YOUR FILES and PICS!!! I almost lost EVERYTHING two months ago!!! I back my things up EVERY WEEK NOW!!!

We primarily use Macs but for any PCs DH uses Avast, which is free and has worked better than anything he ever had to pay for, IMO.
