what is your weekly routine?
my goal the past 2 months or so has to just get myself to the gym and follow the 5k training plan and do come ciruit training. i sort of have a routine but i dont know if its efficient and if im working out "smart".
what is your weekly routine?
this is a sample of what i may do in a week: Monday: Walk/Run 30-40 min, Pilates
Tuesday: Run 2-3 miles, arms
Wednesday: Walk/Run 30-40 min, legs
Thursday: Run 2-3 miles, arms, chest and shoulders
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Run 2-3 miles, arms, legs and abs
Sunday: Walk/Run 30-40 min
Is this the most efficient way to burn fat and gain lean muscle? What do you do?

My weekly routine varies. Lately I've been doing alot of classes because I haven't been able to run due to my knee. Now I'm going to transition from classes to more running.
Monday: 1.5-2 mile run, 1 hour tactix class (martial arts and conditioning)
Tuesday: 1 mile warm up jog, 1 hour Circuit Training class (going to stop with this class and focus on getting in a 3-4 mile run)
Wendesday: Same as Monday
Thursday: 1 hour cardio scuplt class
Friday: Rest..sometimes abs and light cardio if I'm bored
Saturday: Long Run
Sunday: Rest

I alternate Couch to 5k and 30 Day Shred, with one rest day a week. I'm juggling a newborn and a toddler, so I really have to keep my workouts short during the week.
Jillian says that the best way to burn fat and build muscle is through circuit training.

I am a FTWM, so I can only get to the gym during my lunch hour at work.
My schedule is this:
M - 1 hr cardio sculpt class T - jog 30-45 minutes on the treadmill W - 45 minute boot camp class Th - off F - 1 hr cardio sculpt class
Sat & Sun - I try to walk about 2-3 miles at least one day during the weekend with the kids in the double stroller.
