Question about milk???
I have been drinking 24 ozs of skim milk a day. Do you think it really affects the nutrients of the milk when it is exposed to light?
Should I not buy the plastic clear containers of milk?

I have never heard of this. Isn't skim milk like water? How many nutrients can possibly be in skim milk anyways.

Skim milk is supposed to be really good for you!!
As for the plastic container, I remember hearing about that years ago, but, at least in our house, we drink it pretty quick, so I would think for the time we have it, and the time it's actually in the light (it's dark in the fridge when the doors closed, right?) I don't see how much effect that could have.

Actually, I like skim milk. Whole milk is way to creamy for me.

Hmm we buy the plastic containers too and never have a problem. It's so bright where they keep it in the store.
