Old Navy Vent

Since when did they get so uppity about returns without a receipt? I just wanted to do an even exchange for a bigger size, but they had nothing in stock. So now they are sending me a merchandise credit in the mail.

i got into such a fight with them the day after christmas!!!

CALL AND COMPLAIN!!!

i scored a $20 bucks back - because i was so angry that i waited on line the day after xmas for 1/2 hr to simply change sizes! they also said credit by mail only- i looked @ the girl like she was stupid - who is old navy to think that i have all this time to come here wait in line - ALLOW you take my merchandise so you can mail me a credit (which i hope i get because i am sure its not sent certified mail) to come back to this store just to HOPE you have the items i need and wait in line all over again - JUST TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS!!! NO THANKS!

theirs is a completly consumer driven business - p!ss off the consumer and your business will be in the red real quick!
