good computer skills
When a job ad lists 'good computer skills' as one of the criteria, what exactly does that imply? Just your PC/web basics or knowledge of Excel, word, etc...?

Re: good computer skills
I'm not in HR or anything, but in my experience job searching if they want you to know certain programs like Office Suite, etc, they will put it right in the ad. I assume good computer skills mean you can perform most basic and intermediate functions on a word processor, you can navigate a Windows environment proficiently and you can use the internet to do research or fill out forms, and you know how to email and save emails. I might assume some slight knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, at least hvaing seen them and knowing what they are.
