traffic legal help needed quick
I am running so late. Can I legally use HOV with DS (he is 3)?

if it was normal HOV time -no.
my friend got pulled over with her infant in the car - the other passenger technically has to be a licensed driver.
but HOV doesnt apply on weekends

WOW...really? Didn't know that.
So, If I was driving in the HOV with an adult, with a medical condition that caused them not to be able to get a license, I could still get the ticket.

I don't believe this is correct - it is the number of people not the age or whether they can drive.

I use it all of the time. Completely legal. Doesn't have to be a licensed driver.
For the pregnant moms - fetuses don't count. They have to occupy a separate & distinct space in the vehicle.
