TMI/Personal question
I am not ttc yet- although some of you know the baby fever has set in.
I got my period today-but I should not have it for another two weeks-SO, of course I wondered what happened since this has never happened to me -
I went to take my pill and realized that I have not taken it since THURSDAY! I completely forgot- something I have never done either- I might forget but I always remember by the end of the day- I honestly think if I would not have gotten my period today, I would have forgotten again today!
Is getting this "period" in between normal? I feel so crappy-heart beating fast-this has been all day yesterday/last night and this morning...

Yes, getting AF when you don't take your pill for 4 days is NORMAL. Throw away the pack, and start a new one on Sunday.

I agree, and if you're not trying to TTC, I would us a back-up method of protection for the next cycle.

I'm not exactly positive what to do if you've already started taking the pills again...but I think since you have AF, you should just throw out the pack anyway and start fresh in a week. This way, you won't get another AF in two weeks.

I think that's what I am going to do... so I will just start fresh on sunday I guess- I hope I didn't screw myself up too much

I don't know what your BC pill instruction sheet says, but when I was taking them, mine very clearly said, if you miss ONE pill, take it as soon as you remember. If you miss TWO pills take them as soon as you remember. If you miss THREE or more pills, throw the pack away, and start a new pack on Sunday (for Sunday starters).
If you throw away the pack and start a new one on Sunday, then you should NOT get AF in two weeks b/c you will still be taking pills.
