No Fault insurance problems! Help!
I was in a car accident back in April. Luckily the driver that hit me had the same insurance as me. I've been to a bunch of doctors and having it paid for by no fault. I just got a letter in the mail saying they are not covering it because I didnt show up to their (insurer's) dr appointment. The problem is, I've contacted them and arranged a doctor closer to my job. I've also told them I was only available at certain times of the day. They made an appointment for me last week, but called to tell me there was a problem with the time and that they would have to reschedule. The same doctor is now saying I never showed up. Now I dont know what to do. Has anyone been in this situation?

Re: No Fault insurance problems! Help!
Did you call the insurance company and explain the situation? If not, I would do that and see what they say. Get everything/put everything in writing. Document who you spoke with, when the conversation too place, and what was said. If you send a letter, send it certified, return receipt requested. It sounds really shady. Sorry you're going through this.

Re: No Fault insurance problems! Help!
Not to be a downer but they will deny you anyways!! The have every time with me!! There were times I could hardly walk and the insurance doctors told me I was fine. Your best bet is to go through you insurance and find a lawyer (or contact yours if you have one!!) I have an increadiable amount of bills from my injury since No Fault has told me "no"! Your insruance company will cover it but they will ask for your lawyers info and they will seek repayment from the car insurance company!!

Re: No Fault insurance problems! Update
Ugh!! How rude!! So I call up and they give me the whole run around about how I didnt show up for the appointments. I told them everything on my end and they didnt believe me . Lucky for me I didnt erase the message that they left for me saying to reschedule the appointment. Whew!! They put me on final notice to go to the doctor and she ended the pleasant conversation by hanging up on me. I'm thinking its about time I change my insurance company.

That was smart to keep the message. Insurance companies can be really shady. That was so rude of her to hang up on you. You should call back and ask to speak to a supervisor.
