may be a stupid question? re: charting
i shouldnt start charting until i'm off my birth control after a few months right? becuase i'm regualr now but once I go off the pill i could be totally different right?

I would start charting after your first month off...this way you will be able to get a more accurate read. It sometimes takes a few regular cycles to understand your charts (as in my case)

YEA... you can' start charting until after you are off the pill. The pill is a hormone going into yoru body to regulate u. You body changes after the pill. It adjusts to you and your own body schdeule. I was on the pill for 10 yrs and My cycle was 28 days. Off the pill my cycle is 33 days. Hope this helps
