Island Trees SD

Anyone familiar with this SD? I'd love to hear opinions...maybe FM if that is more appropriate. I don't have the slightest idea about the SD or Seaford but would be interested.

Thanks!!!

We live in the IT school district. DH grew up there. All his friends who went there have been very successful. It's a good district, on the smaller side which is nice. We run an SAT class their for my job and the teachers said it is the best behaved class of students they have ever had. June262004 went to school there too, maybe you could FM her for more information. The taxes are lower than Levittown's too!

Some houses in Seaford are in Island Trees SD, a few in Wantagh and, of course the rest in Seaford.

I teach in Seaford, my chairperson's kids go to IT, and I'm familiar with Wantagh as well.

Feel free to FM me with any questions you may have.

I grew up in Seaford and went to Seaford schools and they were great. I like that the district is small my graduating class was less than 200. Also IT is very good and the taxes are much cheaper than those in levittown just because all the shopping centers lower the taxes. North Seaford kids (north of jeruselum) go to IT.

Island trees is a great school district - and the taxes are lower than Levittown too.

Danielle and I live in levittown - in the Salk, Mac Arthur School district and those two schools are rated really good too. We love the area.....
