She can put the knock-offs on e-bay as long as she states they are not authentic. You should probably state that several times so there are no misunderstandings.

Reading that link, it looks like it's okay to list the item as long as the item doesn't have the name or logo of the one it's imitating. So, it can look like a name brand, but can't have a label or logo of the name brand.
