mild concern - should i be concerned?
so i am just about 11 weeks and to date, my bbs haven't swelled up or anything and are really only mildly sensitive... so much so that i can usually sleep on my stomach no problem (not that i do intentionally bc i know it's not good, but sometimes i wake up like that). my dr. told me that three signs of a healthy pregnancy is being very tired, sensitive bbs, and not feeling yourself (m/s or just nausea). should i be concerned that i'm not feeling much different when it comes to my chest? tia :)

I wouldn't be concerned. Everyone experiences symptoms in different ways...sore boods, nausea, tiredness are all common symptoms but not everyone experiences all or any of them. Good for you if you are feeling so great!

I would not be concerned. My bbs were not too sensitive either and I was not all that tired.

Re: mild concern - should i be concerned?
IMO your doctor shouldnt have said that to you - he/she should have told you that those are POSSIBLE signs you MAY have whil ebeing PG. Not every woman gets every symptom!
It's normal to not have sore bbs or to have them - or to have them some of the time and other times they dont hurt at all. Every woman is different.

Not at all. Mine never really were that sensitive.. al they did was just get a little bigger and never really hurt. I was able to sleep on my stomach until I had a belly.

Re: mild concern - should i be concerned?
thanks girls - that def makes me feel better. funny that you pointed out mrs j that he shouldnt have said that to me... because i am actually going to be switching dr's this week. just not feeling him these days. i feel very rushed whenever i go in there and just dont feel right. so in addition to what he said which i am sure he didn't mean any harm by and my experience in general, i'm moving on.

Aww good, I'm glad you're going to be seeing someone else, it's so important to like and feel comfortable with your doctor, especially now that you're PG

Re: mild concern - should i be concerned?
I had no breast tenderness or changes during my pregnancy. In the end my pregnancy was just fine but it turns out I am not able to make enough milk to exclusively BF my daughter.

Re: mild concern - should i be concerned?
i didnt have any of those symptoms, i was never nausous and boobs never hurt, they doubled in size but didnt hurt, if your doctor is a man then he cant be speaking from experience. i would not worry about it. i never got morning sickness or tired the only thing i experienced was having to pee all the time.

Re: mild concern - should i be concerned?
I wouldn't be concerned at all. Every pregnancy is different. When I was pregnant with my daughter I had sore boobs but I didn't have m/s or nauseau. With this pregnancy, I don't have any symptoms. I was never tired either except now and I think that is because I have a very active toddler who wears me out. I know because my DH is tired too all the time.
