I'm feeling very blah today!
Don't feel like cleaning, don't feel like doing work around the apartment, don't feel like cooking or baking, don't want to do school work, don't feel like going outside, I'm just not feeling like doing much but I feel guilty about that!

I think its ok to feel that way sometimes. Just take a day to relax, take naps, watch TV... and don't feel bad about it.

Oh, I have done NOTHING all day. I was supposed to be spackling, sanding and painting my 1/2 bath before my contractor somes to install the toilet and sink. It's 2 pm, I've been up since 4:30 and have done nothing but sit on the computer (LIF) all day.

i have lots of days like this ... and the more frequent they are, the more guilty i feel!  i end up sitting in front of teh computer all day!
