do u get bloated the next day after eating it?

Not that I noticed, but I had a friend who learned, while doing Weight Watchers, that she'd be up in weight the day after using soy sauce. That stuff is like liquid salt. Did you use a lot of that in your meal?

YEs i couldnt stop eating it either LOL normally im not a big fan of chinese food

I actually do not know BUT funny u should mention this bc last nite we went for chinese and when I was done my stomach felt glued to the booths table and I felt like i couldnt get out! (I got in ok ; ) )
