I took Kevin to a Mommy and Me Yoga classes...
and now I can't move! I made the mistake of doing a bit of gardening after the class and now my legs are so sore.
It would have been fine when he was younger (and lighter) but many of the moves involved lifting him over your head, holding him in weird positions and balancing on one foot. Trying to do that with a 23+ pound wiggly baby is impossible.
Most of the other moms had younger babies and had not problems. There I was sweating my butt off, trying not to keel over...I was so embarrassed!
One thing that was funny was Kevin's reaction to a little girl in the class. He took one look at her and his smile lit up the room. He was captivated by her....an older woman no less (2 months older). What a little ladies man.
