sharp stomach pains
Last week I woke up in the middle of the night with SHARP pains that spidered across my belly. I kept me up for an hour.
Last night, I woke up after being asleep for about an hour with SHARP menstrual-like cramps, accompanied by nausea. Then it turned into a stomach ache.
How does this sound?

I went through the same types of pains when I was about 6 weeks. Although I am not your dr...and you should call him/her - I will tell you with me it was gastro intestinal.
Pregnancy completely changes your system - it slows down and for someone like me who had stomach problems before - it made it even worse.
The pain was so intense I would cry from it - the good news is, it passed!!! Around 7 weeks or so I felt better.
Try some mylanta - you can take that when you are preggo and it might help. But always call the dr. to be sure.
