Of course the baby started to act up when I got home- DH was cooking dinner (with me shouting instructions) and DD was fussing- but I still wanted to at least try & walk a mile- so I walked half of it holding her....
I have to say- holding her that way really made my muscles work more! Image Attachment(s):

You should get a baby bjorn or a baby sling, I walk with my baby all the time (outside, i dont have a treadmill).

I used to walk with Roman too. I put him in the baby bjorn and he would fall right asleep and I'd get a workout
