We told our parents on Father's day. We gave our fathers photo albums witha ll the sonograms in it.

My first pregnancy we wrapped up Grandparents journals and gave it to them, for my parents. We never got to tell the others 
This time I showed up at my Mom's job with a balloon that said Congratulations and a card that said you are about to be a grandparent. For my Dad, I wrapped up a picture of the sonogram and put it in a frame that said Grandpa's sunshine and gave it to him for his birthday. For DH's parents he wrote a poem in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary and made a referance to 10 grandchild will now become 11. His mother was so shocked I had to read it to them twice.

We told my mom through a "game" of telephone....  My nieces and my sister participated..
With the first pregnancy we just told them ... We did nothing creative!
