Ok, so AF showed her ugly head last night...
I have a couple of questions. First, since it started last night around 9pm do I count that as day 1, also, I have a dr.'s appt on Wed. night and I usually only have AF for 2-3 days do you think I shoudl reschedule the appt or just wait to that day and see how heavy it is or if it stopped and then decide. I made the appt last month because its my usual 6mo checkup, I figured either I'll be pg and that will be great or I wont be and I can sit down and talk to him about whats going on and get a little more aggressive.

Per your AF...they say the first HEAVY day. (But this always confuses me)
Per the Dr. I would wait until that day...if it's gone...why not?
