Brand new apartment..$1100 a month! It's a STEAL. You HAVE to see it!
A friend of mine is in the process of building a brand new apartment in the basement of her house. I've seen the progress and it's gorgeous!
The apartment is in Seaford, 5 minutes from the LIRR and super close to the Southern State Pkwy. It's a 1 bedroom with full bath (nice size), brand new kitchen, dining room area, living room and washer and drier. If anyone is interested, please FM me and I will give you her contact info.
Private entrance into the apartment from back of house.

I can't believe no one has grabbed this apt. yet...
If you're looking for a place you honestly can't pass up the opportunity to see this.. it's a renters dream... and I happen to know the landlords are super nice!

OMG that is SOOO cheap for that area and that apartment. Have you tried posting it on Craigslist or Apartments.com??

Sorry - just got out of a meeting. I did post it on Craiglist. I will try apartments.com. I think I will go through a realtor soon. We would like to have someone in there by Dec. 1st.

She is looking to live out west a little further. We are in Seaford so the commute is too long to the Bronx area. :(

oooh ok. I'm a SUCH a suffolk girl - I've only driven into nassau for the mall, to visit some wedding halls, and to visit Rich at work in Elmont.

Hey guys - I'm bumping this. The apartment is finished and we have really been slacking in trying to find a tenant - especially now with the holidays. I am going to take some pictures of it now that it's done and I'll post them shortly. If you could pass along to anyone you may know who is looking for a place I would GREATLY appreciate it.

If its a legal apartment, you can use a realtor, you dont pay anything, only the tenant does.
