you will have a non-stop flight on Continental from Newark to Grand Cayman but this flight doesnt operate every day...
as far as I know there are no non-stop flights to nevis...

When we went to Nevis we flew into St. Kitts and then took Four Seasons' boat to their hotel in Nevis. I am pretty sure that we stopped in Miami and Puerto Rico for our stopovers. I think most people do that.

there are no non-stops to nevis - either fly to nevis through san juan or fly to St. Kitts through Miami or San juan
