Can anyone pull up the fisher price customer service #?/Update
I have been unable too and Jack's swing is broken. His fish don't spin around and he is so bummed..
Update.. Just found it and they are sending us a new motor and it should arrive early next week.
I feel so bad he just sits in the swing and stares at the fish like "fish, why don't you move!"
BTW they were super nice so if anyone else ever has any problems I would just call them as soon as it happens. I waited about a week because I felt stupid and now I regret it since I most likely would have had the motor by now.
BTW, please pray it's easy to replace!

I have had the same EXACT problem since day one with Bryan's swing ---- can you give me the info, I didnt know that there was anything I could do because I threw the box out before I knew it was broke--It would be so great to have the mobile finally working!
