Zillow.com?
Zilliow has the wrong info listed for my home. It says we have 1 bathroom and we have 2 full baths. It says we have a smaller square footage then we actually have.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Does anyone know why the info is wrong? How can I change it?

I just checked and the market assessed value is WAY lower than the actual market value for our home. It also has the wrong # of bathrooms (it says 3.5 and we have 3 full and two half, though i am not sure how you would express that) and it has 0 bedrooms. I wouldnt go by what this site says at all....

my house is over rated on there
but it also says that i have 1.5 bathrooms
and when i bought the house it only had 1 bathroom
so now we added a 2nd bathroom- and who nkwos what its really worth?
anyway those things are wrong- but they are good for historical sales data

Mine was all wrong too and seemed low.... I changed the # of bathrooms from 1 to 2 and then added our home improvements (bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, siding, windows) and the value went wayyy up... now I think it is too high!

they listed my parent's house with the wrong sq ft and only 2 baths, they have 2 1/2.
I have found that site to be very inaccurate.

one thing that is accurate is the date sold and price sold for each house, so you can check out comps in an area.

Mine has no specs on the house.
The appraisal is pretty accurate for my house. Luckily, considering the house was in really bad shape when I bought it (last year) I paid about 20% less than they apppraised it for.

very wrong for my house!!!!! they value it for 4 times less than what we paid! the previous owners may have paid the amount they show when they bought the house 10 years ago!

County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. But we are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back

They are saying that the house we're buying is worth $50,000+ more than what we are paying. Good to know. All the other stats look correct.

Other than the sq. ft being wrong and the bathrooms being wrong for my house, it's accurate. It lists the last sold price for houses in my subdivision (great for comps - although not super current). Not including mine or anyone in this year. My neighbor across the street who paid $275K for his is there...and that was almost 3 years ago. Good site!
