ok...i'm now REALLY annoyed w/kmart-vent
i wrote in last week how i ordered a treadmill on 12/13 and it showed that it wasnt shipped yet.
Well, i had an argument on monday with the supervisor who told me that she didn't know if it was shipped yet, blah blah..
I called again today, got someone else on the phone and she said that nope...it has not been shipped yet...W T F ??? Now i have to call the supervisor back ~again!!! This is so frustrating..i just want my damn treadmill already!

i've emailed 3 times already and got responses 2 times...and i've made 5 phone calls...
this is just ridiculous.
