do you think I should test? TMI post **Update**

so here's my deal. Sunday was CD28 and I started to spot, brown. Then yesterday, all I had was a little spotting one time when I wiped but it was red (sorry, I know, TMI) so I guess that makes yesterday CD1, however...today I am still spotting, there is almost nothing on my panyliner.

Usually by now I'd be bleeding heavily. Do you think this could be a case of "I got my period but I was PG?" I have no cramps really at all. It is so weird. I guess if it keeps up I am going to test in the am.

What do you ladies think??? I need your expert advice!!!

**UPDATE: there was no need to test because by the time I got home TBAF was here, and in full force. I'm a little disappointed but not totally, because this was our first real month of TTC, and I totally missed my O. I picked up some OPK's today and I am all set for this month. Thanks again for your well wishes and Baby Dust to everyone!!!!Chat Icon

thats is my feeling, sort of. If this was the case wouldn't I be bleeding heavier? This is so light, its almost non existent.

If you haven't had full flow, don't count the spotting as Cd1.

Unfortunately at the end of a cycle, spotting and light bleeding can occur because of the shift of hormones.

Definitely poas, to make sure there is no hcg...because you can be spotting and pg

do you think I should POAS tonight or wait for FMU?

Michelle...do you think this shift of hormones is a problem that is something I should be concerned with???

Re: do you think I should test? TMI post

If you are clearly past your expected AF arrival, you don't need to use FMU to test.

Early pregnancy testing works out better with fmu, but if 'AF" is officially late, you can get a bfp, easily during the day.

I don't think spotting before AF is something to be overly concerned about, however if it happens often, hormonal testing can always help shed light on what may be going on. Progesterone tested in the luteal phase (7dpo) is always a helpful test.

TONS OF BABY DUST :)
