Time warner cable people - please come in
If you don't mind me asking how much is your average monthly bill? I think ours is INSANE but we signed up for a package with lots of the movie stations.. we hardly use any of them except for HBO so we have called to cancel the others but taking off like 2-3 stations is only going to take $5 or so off the bill  
You can fm me if you don't feel comfortable posting. Hope we arent the only ones who are spending $$$$ for cable

About 135 for all digital cable & road runner. We have all the premium channel packages with on-demand. Oh and 3 cable boxes.
I called about cancelling some of the services and got the same ridiculous answer -- once you break the package the a la carte adds up quickly.

PS...DVR has saved my life. I spend so much less time watching commercials.

$189 - ours is a bit crazy BUT it includes 2 DVRs, HBO, our phone and internet.

our bill is about $150 but we have cable (no premiums), Road Runner and digital phone...
ETA: we have one DVR box..

about 80, cable only with 2 boxes and DVR. Not basic package but one step up I think. I alos get a 10% discount through my co-op.

About $100 for basic cable with one box and roadrunner, no premium channels, no DVR.
We are looking into getting DVR and it is about $10 a month more.

I think it was like $150, we had all the premiums and roadrunner, but now we only have 3 premiums...there's a package with 3 premiums when you have road runner, anything less is not even cheaper...
We also have I think 6 boxes

The same thing happened to us!!!!!! We cancelled everything except HBO and we saved a whopping $20!

Isn't it bull??? DH said for the $7 or so dollars we would save me might as well keep them.
At least we are not alone in paying so much per month. I have seen posts where people say the spend $50 a month on cable and my jaw drops.
