UPDATE - I have not run....
for a week!  
I have achillies tendonitis (most recent problem)...I have been so depressed and scared I might not make it to the marathon in 4 weeks!!!!
So I took the week off...it doesnt hurt anymore...and am running tomorrow morning. Of course a slow, short 4 miler...but Im really scared it's gonna hurt.
Wish me luck. Im so nervous

I did it, ran 3 miles this morning. REALLY slow but PAIN FREE!!! Whew...now I can ease back in and possibly run the 23 this Sat.  I know...I have to take it easy though!!
