BOOKS: Nutrition before, during and after Pregnancy - help me decide, poll included
Sorry to barge in on your board, but I figured I'd ask all of you becasue you've all been there.
I found 3 books on nutrition, can you help me find the right one?
I'm looking for one that has the most helpful information/easy to read on Nutrition before, during and after Pregnancy, but it seems like they all do

I must admit I only bothered to learn what I shouldn't eat, and other than that I ate what I felt like with more fruit and veggies when I could...

Sorry, have to say that I didn't buy a book on nutrition nor did I feel it was necessary for me. I learned what not eat from my Dr and from researching it myself and as for the rest, I listened to my body.

My Ob gave me a list of foods to stay away from...and a list of foods that I should try to include in my diet....no special book.
