My Grandma will be putting her house on the market SOON
3/4 BR cape in S Section of Stony Brook, Three Village Schools, Central A/C, family room with wood burning stove and floor to ceiling windows, patio, wooded lot (maybe 1/3 acre??), cedar lined walk in closet in 1 BR upstairs, 2 bath, 2 car garage, I believe carpet is relatively new, move-in condition....it's been just her for 8 years I believe.
Not sure of asking prince...I think she's going to ask $400-$450 for it.
I'll post a link if and when I get one if she goes with a real estate agent....
if anyone is interested in buying outright from her, please FM me.
