You know that $400 that the mayor has given out in past years to property owners....
....Does anyone know if there is a form that needs to be filled out in order to receive this refund? Because friends of ours just bought a house and they wanted to know if they are entitled.
Sorry I don't remember the name of this refund, if I did, I would do a search.

Yes... the city STAR form needs to be filled out.

Yes... the city STAR form needs to be filled out.
Any homeowner gets it. My BIL owns a co-op in Queens and is too lazy to fill out the STAR form  and he's received the rebate each year.
