Anybody have HSBC for the mortgage??
our mortgage has been transferred 3x in the 3 months that we lived here... now it's with HSBC.. they never sent us a bill, so I call them and they said it is in the mail.. but I said give me my acct number and I will send the check out now, cuz I don't want and get my system all screwed up...
well, I finally got the bill the other day and it was for February! I already paid for February to the previous company! 
so should I call them again to correct them? Our due day is usually the 1st of every month, and I still don't have April's bill yet. 
Don't I sound like I LOVE paying my mortgage? I just don't want their lateness to jeopardize our credit!! argh

i would call them...and when everything goes back to normal, get a payment history and verify it against your records so no extra fee/intrest is added to your mortage

i have them ,they do the same thing every month, i was tramsferred to them as well and the first month no bill, second and third months have been a bill ffor only one of my two mortgages and they have even sent me non-payment notices and applied payments to the wrong mortgage, in the only four months time that i have had them. it is horrible!!!

I have had them since Day 1 of our mortgage and no complaints (just celebrated 6 years here)! If you have your other accounts there it is super easy to transfer money from your checking to your mortgage.

They are horrible IMO. We had them for the co-op and when we bought the hosue went thru someone else. My mom and dad have them and have had soooooo many problems. Once the house was almost forclosed on becuase they just "lost" checks that they cashed! My mom has spent numerous hours and money tracking payments and obtaining cancelled checks. Good luck with them!

Same here. We have had them since day 1 and no problems It has been 16 months.
