I think there's a waiting list for the garage parking. But there is parking in the back of the place. That's what he told me.

1 Jefferson Ave. Zip is 11570. It's north of sunrise. 10 minute walk along the LIRR trestle to the station.

He said it's 5 blocks north of Sunrise. He would have liked to sell it privately but signed a contract with a realtor. So if you're interested call the realtor.

Its in a not sooo good area in rockville centre. My wife and I looked at a co-op there and decided against it, b/c of its location in rvc. I know rvc very well, since I grew up there. If i were to advise, Id advise not to purchase in this area. JMO though.....
