seems to be a loft type space with a open floor plan. i like those but its not the norm and probally why its still on the market. nicely done inside.
however, the outside could use some work

The area is a little strange. Lawrence is a really rich area. School district is a little so so... This is in the back of Lawrence is a private community behind a gravel yard. It's off Rockaway Turnpike by COSTCO. The people are all really nice and middle class. Very Irish and Italian, alot of young couples with small children. Most of the properties have a dock in their yard. I had actually gone to see a house back there when I was looking (price was SO LOOOOOOOOOOW-husband had passed away, entire house was furnished in 1970 style). I didn't even know it existed until I was brought back there by a realtor.
