Spinoff to Christmas outfit size - Outfits for 4 month old boy

It's so easy for little girls to pick up a dress for Christmas.

What is DS going to wear for Christmas?

Any ideas/suggestions?

I got Jack some cute outfits (one for Xmas eve - and one for Xmas day.)

One is a sweater vest with a button down underneath and cordoroys.

The second is a little suit like. It has a jacket. I am still going to look though. I'm sure I'll buy him about ten more outfits before I find the perfect one.

I've been having a hard time too. I bought ds two pairs of courderoys (spelling?) , one black and one brown and i haven't found anything i love to go with them.

H&M had a cute pair of black pinstripe pants and a matching vest for $15. I guess i can do that for a holiday with a white shirt underneath but it doesn't sound too festive of an outfit. It sounds like he'd look like a waiter.

Has anyone seen any cute sweaters other than at places like Baby Gap and Children's Place?

So far I have two sweaters from Carter's for Lucas...one is brown with an argyle design going down the center and the other is red with black trim that is a pull-over sweater. I have black and brown cords but no shoes yet. Not sure that top he will wear underneath.

The selection for boys seems very limited...my eye always wonders over to the girls side and all the cute dresses to chose from.

last Christmas , DS was 2 1/2 months old and we put him in a white sweater vest with red/black argyle design, over a white shirt.. and grey pants with a plaid design on the cuffs.. I had gotten it from the Children's Place.

I find that with boys, that's about the most popular holiday option (sweater vests/pants) or sometimes I see little suits, but I know my DS probably wouldn't put up with a jacket

I had a hard time for DS last year and having the same problem this year except I want to coordinate the kids but my DH won't let me. He thinks it dorky.

Janie and Jack and Gymboree has some cute holiday outfits.

I also am not much of fan of black for children but I feel like that is all their is. I want them to be a little more on dressy side.
