That's a nice little section, I grew up not far from there and Gardiners Ave school is also very close (walking distance)

I drove by the house today. It is on sunny lane. It looks as if the house was started on to be redone but never finished. The whole outside is done with new windows and door, but no siding, and I dont believe the interior was finished. It is a rear dormered ranch that is on a corner. Sunny lane consists of mambe 5 homes too...Small block, nice area
