would you feel comfortable going to the beach solo?
Or is it just my DH who makes me nutty?
DH is working from 9-9 all week. I am tired of sitting by the pool. I want to go to the beach, but he says he worries. He said he thinks I am going to get too much sun and pass out. This has never happened to me...He said he is also scared of riptides and if I get stung by something...
would you go?
ETA: I am really just looking to go and read. maybe in the water a little to cool down

I would go, but I may not go all the way in the water swimming (depending on how rough the water is.) I'd probably just go up to my knees or waist depending on where the waves are.

thanks! I have a tent that I put up. He is just being nutty. I told him he can't start this. He works a lot...he can't put the fear of me going out solo or with the baby in me since we don't live around anyone. A lot of what I will be doing is solo.

But if its bc of sun rays etc...I wouldnt worry just be careful!

I would definitely go. My DH is a Nervous Nelly too. When we went to Robert Moses two weeks ago he was so nervous about me going in the water, but of course, everything was fine. Once you get passed where the waves break, it's so relaxing. I say go, and enjoy!!!
