shock kind of pain in leg??

shock kind of pain in leg??
Last night and this morning I got a quick pain in my right leg kind of behind my knee. It lasted a second it felt like i got an electric shock. It is not sciatica because i know that runs from your lower back down. this was just a little above my knee and quick. anyone else have this happen?

Yep. The leg cramps started for me around 25 weeks or so. Some people have told me to eat bananas and drink milk. I guess it is a potassium/calcium defincency or something??? I don't know, but sometimes it helps and sometimes it does not. All part of the joys of being PG I guess.

I have all types of weird pains since becoming PG. There are sensations, I never knew existed in the weirdest places!!!

Eat a bananna and that will help a ton. Leg Cramps can really hurt.
