At first I didn't like it but I think he looks better.
How did the man on the operating table who died get there- what was wrong with him (I missed the beginning)?

He is someone who Burke worked on in the past..he put a pacemaker in the man. Burke was this man's hero and vice versa...the operation was very risky as there was scar tissue around the pacemaker, but the man insisted Burke did it, ir he would go elsewhere.
