Making Chocolate (new question in first post)
I am going to make chocolate lollipops for Jiavana's christening on Sunday. Is it too early to make them today?
I will be wrapping them.
New Question:
They are done..should I store them in the fridge or on the counter till sunday?

Re: Making Chocolate (new question in first post)
I would store them in the fridge to be safe.

Unless it's very warm in your home, I would leave them out. That's where they are kept in the stores. They will sometimes get a white looking film on them in the fridge also.

This is true, they will turn white in the fridge. Try keeping them out of the sun in a cool location. It isn't too early, we made 100 lollipops for our engagement party and started them a week early.
