yes u can. there are certain type of fish that you can't have. but i was told seafood is ok.

I was told it's fine as long as it's cooked. Yumm. that sounds good. Much better than the fajitas I'm making.
eta: I was told no tuna (or limited amounts) or swordfish. They say they're both high in mercury.

There are four types of fish that you can't eat: tuna, macaral, shark (swordfish and stuff like that), and one other but I can never remember which one.

right and grouper( pulled out my book what to expect when expecting afterwards) which I ate last week in mexico at a resort restaurant so tomorrow I am calling the doctor to make sure I'm ok.
Tuna of course you can have!!!!!! stay away from albacore that has more mercury.
my g/f is a doctor and she ate tuna light in water with mayo twice a week! she just had a healthy baby girl 2 weeks ago!
