August Mommies check in
How is everyone doing? I'm now 32 weeks and 2 days starting to get pretty uncomfortable at times and baby has been waking me up at night. She is def cramped in there because her movements are really starting to hurt.
Anyway, I go back to the doctor tomorrow for my bi-weekly check-up. Thursday is my last day of commuting to NYC! I will work from home July and August. I'm so excited. We are waiting for a furntiure to come in and then I can set up the nursery.
Hope everyone else is doing well.

Re: August Mommies check in
I am also 32 weeks and am ready to get this baby out!!!!
Everything has been going well except for my little scare Saturday night.
We are going Saturday to pick up our furniture from Babies R US, since we move into our new house on Thursday.
We are doing our bedroom and the baby's bedroom first since she will be here before we know it.
I have been out of work since the school year ended so I like being able to relax.
The baby's kicks are definitely geting more powerful and at times they acutally hurt!!!!!
I also got lamaze and the c-section class at Good Sam out of the way, and my bag is 1/2 way packed...I'm almost ready to go!!!!! Hopefully she is soon!

Re: August Mommies check in
I am 35 weeks and feeling good. The baby's movements are slowing down which means that he is running out of room in there. My next Dr's appointment is next Monday. My last day at work is July 21st. 3 1/2 weeks to go until I can relax at home.

Re: August Mommies check in
Another 32 weeker here - feeling OK - nursery is coming along - we just have to pick out a bookshelf and wait for the glider. I've got a huge project to finish at work - once that's done, I have a lot of smaller projects I could do, but I'll be all ready for baby!

Re: August Mommies check in
I'm 33 weeks on Thursday. I had a growth sono about 2 weeks ago, baby weighed in at 3 lbs. and was breech. I have another sono tomorrow to re-check size of baby. I've been trying to take it easy on the weekends and just relax but I want to clean.

Re: August Mommies check in
Well I'm having 2 showers. I know one is at the last weekend of July sometime, however the exact day and time I am not sure of.
The other one is suppose to be before that one. Again, who knows when.
Hopefully soon!!! I'm getting anxious!!!

Re: August Mommies check in
well lets see... I'll be 34wks on Saturday and everything is right on track according to the DR. I went last night for a quickie check up, and I'm up 22lbs total. Thats not bad right???? Any way i go for my Strep B test in 2 1/2 wks. ( Not looking forward to that). The nursery is done for the most part, i'm just waiting for the shower so i can fill the room with all those goodies. My shower is also on July 8th. Glad to hear all you August mommies are doing well.

I'm also 32 weeks. I feel really good. We moved into a new house, so there's so much work to do! I can't wait to set up the baby's room though. I'm having a shower on July 16th. Can't wait!!

Re: August Mommies check in
I'm 34 weeks today. Feeling good still. I've been walking every morning still - which I think helps. Had a dr. appointment today - everything looked good. Baby's head is down. Next appointment I get my first internal and Strep B test.

Re: August Mommies check in
32 weeks here and feeling bigger than ever! It seems like I have grown so much in the last week. I will be moving in 2 weeks and feel overwhelmed with the whole process at this stage of pregnancy. For those of you that have moved also how did it go while being pg? Did you get help or did you do it all yourself?
I am also getting the swelling in my feet and it used to go away at night but now my feet are still swollen when I wake up.
I am getting very excited to meet my little

Re: August Mommies check in
31 weeks and counting. Had an ultrasound today and the babies are weighin 3lbs 8 ounces and 3 lbs 9 ounces, which the doctor says is right on track. I got two shots of steroids last weeks to developed the twins lings since I'm at risk to go into labore before 34 weeks. No signs of PTL. doing really well!
