yup! the belt most likely needs to be replaced. it doesnt matter how many times you jump your car- if the belt is Done- it wont help the battery.
if you have a warranty/ service plan- i think its covered under most of them (i had this problem a couple of years ago- an mine was covered).

It still could be your battery. That is what happened to me last year. When i was leaving work, car was dead. A friend jumped me and i was able to make it back home. Next morning it was dead again. AAA came and towed my car to a shop and they replaced the battery..
It was fine!
But it could be something draining your battery as well.

I had something similar happen- got a jump, it was fine and it was dead again the next day. It turned out that there was something wrong with the cables that was draining the battery.

Its either your - 1. starter 2. alternator 3. battery 4. cables are loose it could be your belts, but they would have to be very old.

30 minutes may not be long enough to hold a charge.
I once had my car jumped... and I drove for about 20 minutes and I had to jump it again.

Same thing is happening to me.
It all started when I drove it into a ditch. My timing belts were going and it caused the water pump to burst which caused water to leak onto other belts and the radiator.
Well the dumb menchanic I swear went to the bookstore and bought a book on how to work on a toyota because for a week the car would stall out. Then finally the stalling issue stopped and it wont start because we figured out a plug was not on tight enough. Fixed that issue. Then the car was loosing electricity somehow. We thought it was the battery. Replaced it and it continues to not want to start.
So after speaking to a real toyota person from the way things are sounding it is either my alternator or cables loose from when it was worked on.
So sounds like your car is going through the same issues I am dealing with. I would charge my battery for 20 - 30 min and nothing.
So just like OTG posted, most likely it is one of those things mentioned.

Happenned to me 2 weeks ago. I just jumpoed it again and drove it. I think you have to drive it to actually charge the battery. Once I got it jumped AGAIN, I brought it to the shop to have them pout it on their charger for an hour ($10) and then I drove it a lot.
batteries can get finicky in winter.
