Just wanted to share this with you guys.
It's on Forest Drive in the Bellecrest area of East Northport (SD#4), close to LIRR, downtown Northport, beaches, etc.
The house next door is new construction and is really BIG, but this house is really cute and looks like its in great shape.
Asking price is $399k It's the first one on the attched link (the blue house)

wow great price and the taxes arent bad either. I grew up in a cement slab ranch....and I loved it. You could build up on the house and make it pretty big. That is what my parents did. And they also built out back. They made a 12 room house out of the once 6 room house - lots of possibilites.
